You Have The Freedom To Be Yourself

Hi everyone, this is Esateys. Just a few moments ago, I did a recording about out of the box thinking, and I spoke about things likeWoman thinking with cup of coffee inner Earth, and the Earth being a living organism, and things of that nature that might appear to be a little bit of a stretch for some people, maybe many people.

And after I did the recording I received a little feedback that was like, oh my gosh, that’s like, really radical. And how are people going to receive that? And what’s going to happen when people hear this really radical stuff? And what I have to say about that is that I literally don’t have any control over what comes out of my mouth when I do these blogs, these podcasts, these audios.

The truth about life is that we are the true core essence of all that is and the piece that you hear and see and interact with on the planet with each other are what I call pretend selves. They are your core expressing itself however it chooses to in this game called life.

So, when somebody says you need to do it this way or you need to do it that way, when you are sensitive and you are connected to yourself, you’ll recognize that just doesn’t really flow well. I have never been a person who can sit down and do a left brain speech or follow an outline or do these things like most people “do” or “should”

Instead I have always followed the true core of who I am and when I sit down in front of this microphone, I close my eyes and whatever happens, happens. Whatever shows up shows up, and that allows the true core of my self to be expressive.

What if each and every one of us really did that?

What if we didn’t censor what we felt, what we said, what we did? Now, I know some of you are going, “Well, if I didn’t do that I’d have no friends”. Well, maybe that’s true. On the other hand, maybe you’d be connected with people that are really aligned to you instead of trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, trying to be something that other people think you ought to be.

How Often Are You Your True Self?

How much of your life right now do you live really trying to be what other people think you ought to be? How much of your persona is based on other people’s approval? How much of your life was brought up trying to please your mom, your dad, your brother or sisters, teachers or any of those kinds of things?

Even if it wasn’t true for you, how many times do you still do that now? That isn’t your true self it’s your false self.

How many Christmas parties or birthday parties or other kinds of parties do you go to that you really don’t want to go to? How many times do you show up when, in your heart and soul, you just really wanted to stay home?

How many times do you stay home when, in your heart, you really wanted to go, but you wouldn’t give yourself permission to do that? How integral are you? How true in your core are you? Until you are living in the moment, spontaneously, alive, and vibrant with whatever it is that’s happening, you’re not really ever going to know joy.

In some of those moments you might find that it doesn’t feel very good. Well, sometimes we just have things that we equate or we evaluate as not feeling good. But I will tell you that the true core of who you are is enjoying what’s going on even if your personality doesn’t think it’s so much fun.

So it’s important to recognize that who you are is an expression and overflow and experience of all of life.

Be Your Authentic Self Always

Be Your Authentic Self Always

Your true core essence, your source point, your God, your Spirit, whatever your word is for whatever it is that you think creates your life, is doing what it does and you get to be the spokesperson, if you will.

You’re the one, the pretend self, that is actually the core self, with the facade in front that is the front ma for what is really going on. So there isn’t anything that personality can really control or do or take charge of. We like to think we can as personalities.

The personality or the ego, which I kind of use interchangeably, has taken on its own belief system that it is real and that it has control. I am here to stretch you one more time out of the box.  You don’t. You as a personality don’t.

Finding Your True Self Can Be Daunting

Your core essence, of course, controls even that.

So I just kinda plant this seed for you to see if it wants to germinate for you, because there isn’t any right or wrong to any of this. My really strongest support to you is give up everything that you think is real. And that will create a little bit of discomfort for you.

I understand that. Been there, done that. When you go into free fall, and you start to question everything, and you just sit back and you observe everything,”Oh my gosh, what would happen if I didn’t try to control everything? What would happen if you found out how to find your true self, if you were truly authentic?Authentic Self.2

Notice the fear that might come over you. “Oh my god, I ‘d be like a wild person. Besides that, I might be really awesome, but look at those people. They’ve got to kill everybody.” Well hello, they’re doing that anyway. Do you think that’s gonna stop? Do you think that’s gonna change?

Well ultimately it would because people wouldn’t be so bound up trying to be something that they weren’t. How many people grow up – and those people that go in and shoot down those people for no seemingly good reason have – when they were two year old they were beaten, or they were in the middle of a gang, or they did whatever it is that they did, and they have so much pent up energy of not knowing how to be with those circumstances, that it just pent up and it overflowed.  Literally it blew up. So what would happen? Don’t you think that’s an interesting concept to consider? And granted, I’m not suggesting that everybody go out there and just kill each other, or do any of these wild things, but you could start with something.

You could start with just being inside yourself and questioning yourself, “Is this really true for me?

Is this what I really want to do? Or is it not. Is this what I really want to say, is what I’m saying really real?” Because how many times do you say something to somebody that’s a lie? It’s a lie because you don’t want to hurt their feelings, it’s a lie because you don’t know what else to say.

It’s just a lie. So, it’s something to adventurously move yourself into. It’s an expansion. It’s back to the word I made up last time,

Because when you do that, you take away all your considerations about what is good, what is right, what is wrong and how things have to or ought to be.

Now that’s a real big free fall for most people. Just notice how hard and how strong you will fight for your limitations. How strongly do you want to be right? How committed are you to standing up taller than somebody else and making sure they’re shorter than you, if you will, smashing them down so that you can feel something about yourself. That’s all your personality trying to regain control, or gain control, because it knows in it’s core it isn’t in control. And it can’t be. But that’s the way the game’s played out.

Your Journey Starts Here

That’s the way your core has written the script, if you will, of your life.

It’s a beautiful script. And when you really are able to see you start to observe all these things around you occurring. You give up resistance. And when you give up resistance, you start experiencing more joy. And when you experience more joy, then that allows other people to experience more joy.

Wouldn’t that change our life? So think about that. Breathe that in. And until we connect next time, feel a hug. I hope you’ve enjoyed this broadcast.
