Body Self-Healing is Natural!

The body is an incredible self-healing machine with powers beyond our wildest expectations. Left alone, it will always seek its natural homeostasis and will continually move towards restored and perfect health.  This is how it has evolved itself over the course of human history.

Notice that I said, “if left alone, the body…”  That’s the distinction that is so important for us to understand.  If we support the body in getting what it needs to facilitate healing and growth it will flourish and be much more successful.  However, if we are not supportive to the body by giving it improper nourishment, un-pure water, bombarding it with environmental pollutants and negative thoughts, it will be more difficult and sometimes impossible for the body to heal itself.

Imagine this scenario:  You get a cut on your arm and it starts to bleed. It does not require stitches but it will take a clean field, some antibiotic cream and a band aide to help it heal with minimal scarring. If left alone the skin will heal on its own but if it is not supported by an optimal environment for healing it will take longer or may not even occur at all.

The body can and will heal itself with the proper support. Without this support the process will be longer, not as effective or may not occur at all.

Healing the Mind- Tips to Body Self-Healing

Many people who believe in and use the power of body self-healing do so through meditation. This helps the individual to achieve an inner peace that relaxes the mind and relieves stress from the body. Relieving stress promotes better body self-healing. When your body functions better your perception changes. When you are able to see and feel improved health many will feel inspired and therefore, continue with the new way of living.

One of the things that you will commonly find associated with this type of healing is that people make changes in their diets like removing processed foods, turning to certified organic foods, cooking fresh vegetables and avoiding all GMO foods.  Cooking vegetables for no more than 10 to 15 minutes helps keep the nutrients in tack.

Examine your environment and notice chemical and environmental interactions from cleaning materials, compact light bulbs, fluorescent lighting, electromagnetic disarray (dirty electricity) (, from computers, bluetooth etc.. And don’t forget to look for mold and old dusty areas that create mites and other inhalants that cause physical and internal stress to the lungs and other organs.

Proper rest and exercise is also important. A tired body is constantly trying to just keep a basic state of homeostasis through repairing and balancing itself.  This keeps it from actually resting and replenishing. When you get enough rest your body will feel refreshed and perform at its best. Exercise helps strengthen the cardiovascular system by the increased oxygen intake.  When there is increased oxygen the body is better able to purify itself.

You have learned what body self-healing is and tips to promote it, now all you have to do is decide if you would like to make some changes that will help your body do its job easier and more profoundly.

Your body is always self-healing.  It does not matter if  you take it seriously by changing areas of your Life that are not healthy or continue to eat fast food and play on the computer all day. It has no opinion.  It is always working as powerfully as it can to keep you feeling good and it being able to function at the highest level possible. The body does its best work when it has the environment, tools and nutrition to work at its most proficient capability.  Can you see why it is so important and helpful to give the body all that it needs to self-heal and create a wonderful experience for you to enjoy on a day-to-day basis?  Take a moment, right now and think about what areas you could change that would help your body do its self-healing work the best.

Simply put, your body will work great for you but it is very reliant on what you choose to put in it and how you choose to maintain it. With a good exercise routine and a proper diet combined with rest, it will promote overall better body function and give you a higher level of body self-healing.

Success Through Self-Healing

There are people out there every day who defy the odds and beat illnesses that doctors and medical professionals alike, are baffled by. These individuals usually have the deepest connection with the metaphysical side and utilize the power of meditation and healing from within.

A great example of this is a story of a young college girl who was driving to the store on a normal winter day when a chunk of ice from a passing truck flew through her car’s windshield and sent the vehicle ramming into a tree. The female driver was very badly injured. Doctors told her that she would be paralyzed for the rest of her life and will not be able to walk again. Against all odds and defying medical science this young woman’s body started the path to body self-healing. In just a few short weeks she began to feel a burning sensation in her spine, which was an indicator that her sense of feeling was returning. Even though doctors told her she would not walk ever again, through sheer willpower and determination, the young woman remained in a healthy state of mind which promoted body self-healing.

The Power of the Mind is a Powerful Thing

The human mind is a very strong tool. It has shown some amazing abilities to do things that defy the odds. Whether you believe in the healing powers of the mind and those of body self-healing or not; the evidence is right there in front of us to see. The body heals itself in many different ways every day. When we realize this and practice to achieve it through meditation and a healthy overall lifestyle, it becomes clearer how we must treat our bodies in a specific way. This is required so that our bodies respond to purifying and repairing itself through natural body self-healing.

Here is a personal experience that can help you understand the power of the Mind with Self-Healing.  I was an avid runner and was in a serious car accident in 1981. I had a compound fracture of my right femur as well as many other serious injuries. I had a metal rod in my leg for 18 months and was told that I would limp and never be able to run again. Although I was in a hospital bed for three months and wheelchair for a year I did return to running and to this day have no side effects from that severe injury.

There is MUCH to be said for how we “perceive’ information.  We DO have the ability to use our MindSet to support the body in directing its natural self-healing power.  YOU get to decide how to respond to any experience and any information that anyone presents to you.
