Parasite Cleanse is Essential Part of You’re Detoxing Process
Although most people would shun the idea that their bodies could be harboring parasites; the truth is parasites are everywhere. Harmful parasites affect billions of people worldwide, irrespective of their race, economic status, or geographical location. In fact, it is estimated that about 85% of people in the world have some kind of parasites lurking in their bodies! This may sound very scary, but there is a simple solution- a parasite cleanse! But before I talk about that, let’s familiarize ourselves with the different kinds of parasites and how they affect us.
A parasite is a living organism that lives in a host organism and feeds off it. When you are infected with parasites you will be deprived of nutrients, vitamins and amino acid as parasites feed on part of the food you intake. In addition to this, parasites are likely to change the pH levels within your body by creating a more acidic environment which leads to decreased energy levels. Some parasites produce toxic substances that may harm your body’s immune system and increase the chance of contracting a disease.
Anything you handle, eat, or even drink could be inviting harmful parasites in your body. This is why most people need to undergo a parasite cleanse in order to get rid of these parasites. A parasite cleanse helps remove these parasites by creating an inhospitable environment for them.
The following are some of the major parasites that can actually affect your body and health:
Hookworms: These worms may enter your body through drinking water or when you walk barefoot. They are so miniscule that they can penetrate your skin even when you do not have any open wounds. They can live for several years and their eggs can survive for up to 10 years. This makes these types of parasites very resilient and difficult to get rid of. You can protect yourself by always wearing shoes or socks and by drinking treated water.
Tapeworms: You may be infected with tapeworms if you eat under-cooked pork, beef, or fish. Tapeworms live in the intestines of many kinds of animals and if you consume organ or under-cooked meat you are more likely to be infected. You can use gloves when cooking meat and avoid any kind of under-cooked meat.
Round worms: You are likely to get these kinds of parasites from under-cooked or contaminated foods. You can also get contaminated from pets or farm work that involves the use of organic manure. This is why it is very important for you to wash your hand thoroughly before handling food and only eat well-cooked food.
Heartworms: These kinds of parasites are rare in human beings, but do occur. It is difficult for them to spread from one animal to the other, although they are thought to be spread by mosquitoes. All reported cases are of a single worm in the lungs and not the heart.
Pinworms – Threadworms: These small white parasites live in the intestines and sometimes the lungs. You can contract them through eating undercooked food, drinking contaminated water and dirty hands. Pinworms are fairly common in children as they play in the dirt, have dirty hands and put their hands in their mouths regularly. If your you or your child has nightmares, itching of the rectal area (especially at night) or difficulty sleeping he/she may have pinworms. If this worm takes a stronger hold on the person they can cause nausea and abdominal pain.

A Parasite Cleanse
Parasites are the cause of many types of illnesses; which is why it is important to undergo a parasite cleanse at least twice a year. This cleanse will help you get rid of parasites and thus eliminate symptoms such as weight problems. Furthermore, opting for a parasite cleanse regularly will help reduce your chances of falling ill.
How to do a Parasite Cleanse
A parasite cleanse follows a three step process. These are:
Step 1: Weaken the parasites
The first step in cleansing your body of parasites is to weaken the parasites. It may take a 7 – 10 days. During this period, you are required to take two garlic capsules with every meal you take or at least three times a day. This will help loosen the hold parasites have on your body.
Step 2: Flush out the parasites
To flush out the parasites from your body there are a number of herbs recommended for the job. These herbs include Pau D’Arco, Wormwood, Black Walnut, Cloves, Thyme, and Burdock. Take a half a teaspoon for 25 lbs of body weight about three times a day for 10 days. This will help get rid of parasites from your body. You can also find capsules of with a combination of these herbs at most health food stores.
Step 3: Strengthen your body to curb Infestation
After 10 days of flushing out the parasites eat lightly and take quality probiotics to strengthen your body against parasites. You should also avoid junk food, which includes processed foods, sugars, breads and simple carbohydrates. These foods will lower your body’s immune system and are not your friend. It is also important to wash your fruits and vegetables before eating or cooking them. You can purchase vegetable washes at your health food store. Another and my personal preference is to use the ‘acid wash’ setting on my Kangen water machine. This will kill parasites and other bacteria’s nicely. This water filtering machine also provide alkaline water which keeps the body less acidic and therefore a less desirable host for any parasites. It is important to establish new eating and ‘food prep’ habits to avoid the chances of the parasites coming back.
