Hi everyone! This is Esateys! Here we are for how to have more money part 2. I just want to take a second to kind of go over what we spoke about yesterday. And if you didn’t see part 1, I very, very, much encourage you. Because we are kind of in the flow here of what is going on.
Yesterday we spoke about what money really means to you and what energy really is which is money. Money is energy and energy is money. So that means there’s no limitation of it.
So, the first thing we want to do is get our head is that we have scarcity. We spoke about scarcity and what it is that we do which is to keep ourselves from thinking there’s enough. There’s not enough of anything.
The other thing that I suggested that you do is write down how you give your power away to money and how you give your experience of life to something that basically for most people it owns them.
Well, today we are going to speak about what money is internally and what kind of relationship you have with money. So, one of the things that I encourage you to do is, while I’m speaking here, I want you to take a moment and think about the things that I’m suggesting.
Because part of the work that I do is about helping people become aware. Awareness is my thing. So, when you recognize what you are aware of, then you are very clear about what it is that’s going on inside of you and once you know what’s going on inside of you and it occurs, then you can change it!
So how cool is that? When we are unconscious about things we just run on an unconscious level through our old programs, our old beliefs and stuff that is in our life that is not necessarily effective. It doesn’t necessarily work well for us.
So, when I say what does money mean to you? What meaning have you assigned to it? Does it mean freedom? Does it mean a real heavy feeling like I’ve got to get some?
I spoke a little bit about this yesterday but it’s a very important thing because how you frame money and how you feel about money has everything to do with how much you have and how much you have to hold on to it and how it is that you be with it in regard to receiving more of it. So, it’s important to know that and if you know that money is a friend or if it’s an enemy or if it’s a battleground.
For most people, it’s like a battleground. I have to have it. I don’t know how to get it. I don’t know how to keep it. And as I mentioned yesterday, I know many people, millionaires that are so afraid of losing their money that they are in a constant state of stress about it.
And then there’s the other extreme where people don’t have any of it or seemingly, barely living paycheck to paycheck or don’t have money to pay their bills and they also are having the stress factor that comes with money. So, here’s another question to ask yourself.
How do you spend money? Are you a person that goes out and just buys things, just because I want that, I want that, I want that and you just go through your life really feeling like you’ve got to have everything? Or are you the kind of person who won’t buy themselves anything?
Nope, I can’t afford that. You might have $50,000 in the bank but nope, I can’t afford that. Why does that occur? Because we are living in the future. We are not living in the now.
In this moment and the more you live in this moment the more powerfully you will be able to experience your life. That means that you are not worried about what happened in the past, you are not worried about what’s happening in the future right here and right now, you can be at peace.
And so, does that mean that you don’t think about what you are doing? Of course, it doesn’t mean that you don’t do that. I’m not suggesting you go spend all your money, but I’m suggesting that you have awareness of how you be with your money and you feel like there’s just barely enough and you might never get any more?
Well, that is an important thing to recognize because if you are afraid of not getting any more, or not having enough, then that energy is going out into the world. And that energy is keeping you from being able to receive what it is that you are really desiring. So, the money that is in your life is a fabulous energy and it can and it will multiply. We are going to speak about that tomorrow at greater length.
So, it’s important to know how you spend your money, how you feel about your money and ask yourself if you are a spender or are you a hoarder? Now this is kind of a fun thing to do because some of us like to really get stuff and we pile it on and why do we do that? Because it makes us feel secure, safe.
We want safety. We as human beings feel very strongly about being safe. It’s a core survival mechanism that’s on inside each and every one of us. Because of that, we frequently have a tendency to gather a bunch of things and hold on to it.
And we do this with lots of different things, but we can especially do it when we are thinking about money. Because we are no longer able to really think clearly because we are now worried that we are not going to have enough. It’s going to run out.
How many times have you thought I can’t do that because I’m going to probably have enough money for this or for that? So, what do you do? Perhaps you hoard your money. Where else do you hoard things? Where else do you hold on to things? Is it with your love?
Is it with your ???? Is it with hugs? Where do you hold back? Where do you hold on to and not necessarily allow yourself to experience a freedom that is there and a generosity of everything recognizing that because everything is energy that there is never an outage or shortage of that?
Therefore, we can be more open. And again, I’m not saying to spend all your money. What I’m suggesting is that you look internally and see where you are at and determine how much of the flow you are in every area of your life.
Because if you recognize that you are holding back here then what if you change that? What if you said to yourself, what’s the value of me holding on to my love and not letting anybody else experience it? What’s the value of me holding on to my money and not allowing myself to really enjoy it and be with it?
Not Very Many People Really Enjoy Their Money
Not very many people really enjoy their money. They are holding on to it at such a high level that they are not really able to appreciate it. They have delayed gratification.
Now well I’m going to give this to myself and I’m going to feel really good about this when I have a million dollars, 2 million dollars, maybe for some, it’s $50,000 and for some it might be 5 million, it might be 10 billion, it can be whatever it is.
It’s where are you? Where is your belief system about how much money you can have and how much money you would like to have and how much money can you allow to flow through you rather than the money that you get and you are holding on ever so tight?
This is about becoming clearer about you and your relationship with money because the more you know about the relationship you have with your money and whether it’s an enemy, a friend, it’s something that you feel that you have to count down to because it owns you and it keeps you in a place of not being able to really enjoy your moment, then your relationship with money is not going to be something that will allow you to have more.
Remember this series is about how do you have more so we are looking at these foundational issues in part 1 and part 2 about how it is that you are framing your experience with money so you better know how it is that you can shift those because tomorrow I will give you some ideas about some ways that you can shift that.
So, you are clear today about asking yourself about whether you are a spender or whether you are a hoarder and you are going to review what it is that your relationship money is about and how do you really frame it? And you also can ask yourself what is it that you truly want with money?
What is money for you? What is it going to give you? So, I invite you to write these down tonight or today. Write down am I a spender or am I a hoarder?
Do I hold back and I am resistant to allowing things to come through me rather than experiencing it as a line in the sand and I won’t have that? Or I won’t give that? And I won’t be more open with myself in my caring.
Where is it that you are not good, not bad, not right, not wrong, this is not about judgment. This is about you being clear about how your life got into the place that it’s in and why is it staying in the place that it’s in? So, as your money situation is desired to be changed then that means that you are in a place where you get to make different decisions.
So, do your homework. I invite you to do that because it will really help bring more awareness and it opens things up and I want to tell you that I’m in such appreciation for all of you that are sharing this. Again, it means a lot to me and to the world.
You are making a difference in the world because of what you are doing. With these and all other kinds of things that you find valuable. I also want to tell you that I’ve been so inspired by this and the feedback that I’ve been getting that I’m going to make up a little product that I am going to give away that will take this to a whole another level.
So, please send me your email address if you are not already on my mailing list and I will make sure that you get information about the little product I’m going to do and I’ll tell you a little bit more about that tomorrow because I just woke up this morning in my inspired place and I thought that’s what else I want to do.
So, you’ve got things to do, I’ve got things to do. We are working on it together. Until tomorrow, feel a hug and know that you are loved.
