WUE 48 | What The Super Bowl Taught Me

What you’re thinking and what you’re feeling is what you’re leading your pathway towards. This pathway turns into a pattern, and patterns repeat themselves and are not always so easy to break. If you look at Atlanta, you can see the Falcons’ pattern of not winning for a long time. They almost broke that pattern and they got to the Super Bowl, but they didn’t actually get right over because they’re having the pattern. It’s a big hill for them to climb, a mountain, if you will. On the other hand, the New England Patriots have confidence. They went all the time. Their pattern says, “We’re winners. We can do this.” What about your life? Are you living at a place where you’re kicking it up a notch every day? Are you observing your life and seeing what results you’re getting? What the Super Bowl taught me is that we must break our wrong patterns because we have an opportunity to look at each moment at how we’re building and creating a pattern in our life.

What The Super Bowl Taught Me About Life

I’m excited about what I’m going to share with you. The topic is: What the Super Bowl taught me about life. It was a very interesting experience for me. First, I want to thank you and let you know that I’m very grateful for those of you that are sharing this on your timeline. I’m also very grateful for those of you who are commenting. I’m grateful for those who are showing up, making a commitment to your life, desiring to take charge, being responsible and making your life be the life that you would love to live, in fact that you do love to live.

We had a little party, a few friends over. I was so in touch with how much community, friendship, and camaraderie means to people. I was thinking about all of the millions of people that were having parties and getting together. Any excuse to party, party and play doesn’t necessarily mean that you are drinking and all of that kind of stuff. It’s being together. If you don’t have community and you’re not having friendships in your life where you allow yourself to get together and feel comfort in gotten and nurtured, then I encourage you to do that. Another thing that was interesting for me was these two teams that played, the Patriots and the Falcons. The Falcons have not won in 51 years of their entire franchise or of the Super Bowl. New England, they seem to win all the time. One of the things that came up very clearly for me is you have to show up. You have to keep on doing what it is that you’re doing.

Persistence is mandatory for anything that you would like in your life. Click To Tweet

You have to have persistence because it is mandatory for anything that you would like in your life. It’s not always going to be easy. Think of those guys out there every day hitting themselves and each other. When they are out on that field they show up every day and they keep on practicing. They discipline themselves to do what it is they want to do. Can you imagine how exciting it would be to go out there and be smacked up with somebody when you’re still hurting from the game? They do that because they have a level of self-discipline, of responsibility, of commitment because they know what they want. They’re into having the results that they’re looking for. You can take a look in your life. What is it that you want? Are you 1,000% committed? Do you keep showing up? Do you have responsibility and discipline for what it is that you want? If not, then it’ll probably be relative to the results you’re getting. There’s a little something to that.

Winners do not compare themselves to others. Winners are in that moment doing what they’re doing because it’s in that very moment that they are looking for whatever it is they’re looking for. They were looking for the win. Any of you that watched the Super Bowl and some of you didn’t, but it doesn’t matter because the lessons are the same. In the Super Bowl, it was 21 to three. Atlanta was way ahead. Never in the history of the Super Bowl has anybody ever come back from a score of 21 points. All records apparently are made to be broken.

What happened in that halftime? New England said, “I better get my booty in order and kick it up. I need to kick it up a notch and do something different.” I don’t know if this is true or not, but Atlanta may have said to themselves, “We got this wired. Everything’s going well. We’re playing in the zone. We’re this far ahead that they could never catch up with us.” The slightest and tiniest little piece of letting that intention go to something like, “It’s okay for me to slack off.” What happened in the second half? New England came back to win this game and they won it in the last few moments, but they were so intense. They got into the zone. They got into their mode and when they were there, they started clicking. You could watch the momentum because the momentum of the game was very fascinating.

The first half was pretty much about the Atlanta team clicking. They were clicking and going well. Then in the second half, the momentum changed and all of the calls seemed to go for New England. All of the passes were being completed by Brady and all of these things changed. In the first half, you could see that the momentum was in favor of Atlanta. On the second half you could see that it was in favor of New England. Where do you think that favoritism and that momentum came from? It came from within the players. It came from within their group cohesive decision-making process about what they were going to do and they fucked up at a level that beyond what it was that anybody thought that they could do. It’s because they knew that they had to show up and their desire was over 1,000%, they did what it is that they did. There are some other things involved here, patterns.

New England has a pattern of winning. You’ve heard the term, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer? Do you know what that is? That’s a pattern. It’s a belief and what happens is that we believe so deeply in that. What occurs is, it becomes a reality. Our beliefs and our concepts become our reality and our realities keep repeating themselves and those patterns are things that are creating then the results that we have in our life. Every day, ask yourself, “What am I doing right now in this moment that is adding another brick to what it is that I am creating?” What is it that I’m thinking right now that’s going to make a stepping stone for what it is that’s going to happen next for me?”

WUE 48 | What The Super Bowl Taught Me

What The Super Bowl Taught Me: Our beliefs and our concepts become our reality, and our realities keep repeating themselves. Those patterns are creating the results that we have in our life.

What you’re thinking, what you’re feeling is what you are leading your pathway towards. This pathway turns into a pattern and your patterns repeat themselves. Patterns are not always so easy to break. If you look at Atlanta, you can see that they have a pattern of not winning for a long time and they almost broke that pattern. They got to the Super Bowl, it’s the only the second time they’ve ever gotten there. They didn’t get right over because they weren’t having a pattern that is a big mastery for them. It’s a big hill for them to climb, a mountain.

The New England, they have confidence. They went all the time. Their pattern says, “We’re winners. We can do this. Come on you guys. Let’s get out there and take over the second half.” What about your life? Are you pick it up a notch? Are you living at a place that is kicking it up a notch in every day? Are you watching every moment? Are you observing your life and seeing what results you’re getting? Everything in life has a message. Everything in life can teach you something. Every moment is an opportunity. When I watched this game, I watched how New England said to themselves, so to speak, “This is our opportunity. We can break world records. We can do things different than we’ve ever been done before. We must get out there and be with that what it is that we’re committed to.”

Do you have that passion? Do you have that follow through? It takes that to get to the big stuff in life. It takes that to get to the results that you want. You set your intention and you create action to follow through, not desperation, but the inspiration to keep on going and doing what it is that you know in your heart, you want more than anything. I will promise you that the universe is always conspiring to give you what it is that you’re desiring. The question is, what are you desiring? In each and every moment you’re telling the universe what you’re desiring by what you think.

Are you looking at everything? “What doesn’t work about this? What doesn’t work about that? I don’t like this. This is bad.” Do you know what happens when you do that? You’re telling the universe, “My world isn’t any good. In fact, it’s yucky.” The universe says, “We can do yucky. No problem,” and so it brings more of that. You have a new opportunity. You have an opportunity to look at each moment. You get to look at how you’re building and creating a pattern in your life.

You can look at each moment as an opportunity to create everything completely different for yourself. Click To Tweet

You can look at each moment as that opportunity to create everything completely different for yourself. You no longer have to be part of the crowd. Step up and expand yourself beyond what it is that you’ve ever had before. This is the day when you never, ever let the fear stop you again. You keep showing up and keep taking step after step. You will find your result. Thank you for being with me. I’m looking for six people that want to change their lives, increase their income, make a business that works, regardless of what that business is, and mostly step into pure joy, an absolute freedom. I’m looking forward to connecting with you. If that interests you, private message me and let’s see what we can do together. Take care and feel a hug.
