WUE 62 | This One Thing

Some of you may have heard the words or have been told to slow down, do one thing, or relax. That may be because you’re a multi-tasker. You do so many things at once and have so many things on your plate you can’t even keep track of them. There could be several things that you’re going to have to do in every day and every hour, but while you’re doing that, focus completely on this one thing instead of thinking about all the other things that you also need to do. It’s nice to have things be focused in because our energy is laser-like and the universe can create what it is you want because you’re not asking it to do twenty things at once with a bunch of fragmented energy. Focusing on only one thing would absolutely create more peace and more joy in your life.

This One Thing Part 2

This is, This One Thing, part two. What I’m sharing with you is something that I am actually practicing myself. What that is about is actually simplifying, slowing down, and really focusing on one thing. Most of you know that I am a multitasker extraordinaire. I do so many things at once and I have so many things on my plate, I don’t even know how I keep track of them. What I have been told by some of the people who care so much about me, like my business coaches, they keep saying, “Slow down, do one thing, relax.” I’m an energetic person as you know. I am now working on being able to take all the different parts of my life and focusing on one thing in each one of those departments. Probably in the ideal world, I’d only have one department and one thing. I’m not there yet, so I’m going to stay with where it is that I am.

WUE 62 | This One Thing

This One Thing: Are you a multi-tasker? See if you can just do one thing at a time, one thing in each category.

For example, right now I am working on my Abundance Mastery Course. I am looking for ten amazing people that are totally committed to having a life that they would really like and understanding the energy of how they’re creating it, being the way they want it or the way it isn’t. The bottom line is that I’m focusing on enrolling those ten people. I’m not putting all my attention on exactly how it’s going to work and all the logistics and all these things. Although they have been on my mind, it’s not what I’m focusing on right now until those ten people show themselves. We’re pretty much full but I’ve got some spaces left so I’m putting my attention there. I’ve also got things going on like my Self Healing Institute where I have articles that are coming out. There are over 200 articles there that I have to provide. I’m also a C-Suite advisor, which is a big networking group for high-end businesses. I also do LinkedIn, I show my dogs, I have coaching and counseling. I have a lot of things on my plate, but what I’m doing is I’m looking at how I can do just one thing in each one of those categories.

My question to you is, are you a multitasker? Let’s see if we can join up and see if we can just do one thing at a time, one thing in each category. Here’s the reason I’m really an advocate of this. I feel better when I look at that I only have one thing to do. I feel a lot more peaceful. I feel less frenetic inside and I’ll bet you will too. I know there are several things that you’re going to have to do in every day and every hour. While you’re doing that one thing, which is another part of this, focus completely on that one thing instead of thinking about all the other things that you also need to do. When I’m doing Facebook live, I can’t do anything but speak to you because I’m not that good of a multitasker. As a result, I am right here with you focusing on what it is I’m saying. I want to invite you, I want to really encourage you to start looking at what you can do that will slow you down, create more peace, create more quiet, and most of all it will create more productivity. That’s the peace that I’m finding.

It’s really nice to have things be focused. The reason that that’s the case is because our energy is very laser-like and the universe can actually create what it is you want because you’re not asking it to do twenty things at once with a bunch of fragmented energy. That’s for another day, another topic. Here’s my request, go to Esateys.com and get the free gifts that I have for you there. It’s a free audio book and a free transcript of the audio book that’s about extraordinary wealth. It’s about learning what it’s like to be very wealthy with money, with relationships, with your health, and every single area of your life. The other thing is that I invite you to ask yourself this question many times throughout the day, “What if focusing on only one thing would absolutely create more peace and more joy in my life? It will, try it. Let me know how you’re doing with it so I can be supported and you can be supported. That’s all that we’re going to speak about because I’m just on one thing. Feel a hug.
