With so many things happening around and information being given to us, it’s natural to become overwhelmed. On the flip side, you could be amazed in finding out how much our brain could handle. While all these stresses pile up, you don’t have to necessarily allow yourself to fall and shut down. Instead, you can shift the way you view stress as this force that expands your brain. All the things happening allow us to grow our ability to handle information. Framing it this way, you’ll soon see how much people are going to be able to do more than before.

Guess What! Stress Expands The Brain
Are you ready to go beyond where it is that your mind knows to go? I want to share something about stress, conflict, overwhelm, multitasking and the brain. You’ve noticed I’m sure that our world is expanding to a place where we’re being inundated with so much information. If you look on the television on a CNN screen, I couldn’t even give you the number of the number of things that are on that screen that our minds, our visuals are taking in and trying to process at one and many moments. I’ve done a little contemplation on this and what I have discovered is that there’s actual purpose to this. Although we have become inundated with this on what I’ll call a third plane day-to-day basis and it has caused a tremendous amount of stress and conflict in our day-to-day world, our minds seemingly cannot handle this much data, this much stress, this much conflict all at once.
What became very clear to me was that exactly what is happening is perfect and it’s perfect because it is stretching the brain. I’m sure you’ve all heard that we use a third of our brain or less than that. We are growing our brain, we are growing our ability to handle and store information. We are literally activating certain cellular aspects of our brain that have not been activated before. We are learning how to do two, three, four, or five different things at once. I know that statistics will say that you cannot do more than one thing at a time. Ultimately, in these moments, that may still be true. What I’m saying here is that is changing. We’re opening up other neural pathways in the brain for us to literally be able to take in information from many different facets, from many different areas and literally be simultaneously processing information, bringing it back to the moment, utilizing that information when it is important and however it is important.
This is early. It hasn’t obviously been completed but you will find over time that you’re going to see that people are going to be able to do more than you have ever seen them be able to do before, excelling beyond where they’ve ever been before. The brain is opening up into where it is being used at a much higher level than it ever has been before. You will be able to access all of this information in what I call different departments or little data packs. They will be stored and be able to be recalled as needed and in such a state of speed that you wouldn’t even be able to tell that there was a breath in between any of them. What’s going to occur even further and down the line is there’s going to be an interjection of more information simultaneously with other information creating what would appear to be an interrelationship of all this data to create something that is beyond what it is that each of the individual data or packets were originally about.
They start at singular aspects of information. They’re going to come together. They’re going to create something that is brand new, something completely different than they were in and of themselves. That is going to be how we will be discovering new things, new inventions and new aspects of life that have never been discovered before. When the brain is continuously being pushed open to new levels, it is going to create an expansiveness. I won’t say that this hasn’t been happening all along because it has been, but it’s reaching a place, a pinnacle to where it’s going to be more visible and it’s going to be able to be seen and researched and we’ll find that this is happening. It’s a little spooky for some people and that’s why it’s not being spoken.
You will notice and if you take time to go inside your own brain, if you sit quietly and connect with your brain, develop a relationship with your brain and what is beyond what it knows, you could say, ͞You’re mine.͟ The brain is the container and the mind is what we’re speaking about here. The mind is opening up and giving information to the brain. When it does that, it is expanding the storage tank of the brain as well. I am hoping that this is not too confusing for you. If it is, read this again because it’s going to be quite fascinating. When you develop the relationship with your brain and with your mind, what’s going to happen is it will start to open up and expand for you more readily than ever before. When the brain is continuously being pushed open to new levels, it is going to create expansiveness. If you’d like to increase your intelligence, if you’d like to increase your memory, if you’d like to increase information that is coming from beyond where it is that you normally think, then be open to this, access this, call for this, work on this and you do it by intention. You don’t have to go to some school. All you have to do is sit and say, ͞”I’m committed to having my brain be more expanded than it ever has been before. I do choose to go beyond where it is that my mind normally goes. I choose to call that information to me to open up and access areas of my life that I’ve never accessed before. I choose to have a more awesome life than I could ever dream or imagine that is beyond my wildest dreams.͟”
When you start thinking like that and you start putting your attention, your energetic and conscious demand on that, then what’s going to happen is everything will open up for you. Your world will change. It means that you have to make it a priority because I know what happens. For those of you reading, I give you a major high five because you are taking five or eight minutes out of your day to do something to grow yourself, to awaken and become a more aware. In doing so, you take it to another level. Do the things that you are reading about if you’d like to take this to an active state where you are conscious, you are aware, you are growing, you know it and you use these new tools that are creating the new you.
Remember, the architect of the new you is what it is that I speak about a lot. I am here to support you in being the architect of your own new life. The new you is beyond you and it is upon you simultaneously. Think about how exciting it would be to absolutely move beyond your wildest dreams. Have a mind, an intelligence and a memory that’s beyond anything you could ever dream or imagine and then, make it so. Until next time, feel a hug.
